"The Experience Counts Program will provide experienced educators the opportunity to share their expertise with educators working in both public and private schools."

How Experience Counts Works

Experience Counts offers free and confidential advice to school educators and administrators through seminars, face to face and online counseling.

 

  1. What is the goal of Experience Counts?

    The goal of Experience Counts is to support current school educators and administrators by sharing the expertise of experienced retired administrators and educators.

  2. Who are Experience Counts volunteers?

    The volunteers are retired administrators and educators who want to share their knowledge with beginning administrators.

  3. What is the format for the seminar?

    The seminars will provide an "extended learning community" for principals around a leadership text. Principals will also have time to discuss challenges faced at their sites with experienced retired principal coaches in a supportive yet structured atmosphere.

  4. What is the format for the online coaching?

    There will be free online coaching as well as the opportunity to schedule face to face meeting with an coach who has experience in the challenge area.

  5. How does Experience Counts work with the Molina Foundation?

    Experience Counts is part of the Molina Foundation The Molina Foundation is a 501(c) (3) Charitable Organization that is an operating charitable foundation. The Foundation provides technical assistance in connecting groups pursuing areas of shared interest to the Foundation, i.e. access to health and education.
