I loved the book, “Twilight” by Stephenie Meyer.  I loved this book because it is a different kind of love story.  A vampire!  That just is cool.  When I heard about it I knew I had to read it.  This book is addicting.

“New Moon” by Stephenie Meyer is also a great book.  I like it because it is full of suspense.  Werewolves and vampires – just that says it is interesting.  I would recommend this book for teens.  If you are an advanced reader you could read it at age 10, 11, or 12.  For me, it was hard to put this book down.

I also loved the book, “Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing” by Judy Blume.  It was so funny and fun.  I would recommend this book to 3rd, 4th, or 5th graders.  I liked it because every minute I would be cracking up because of the character named Fudge.

Another good book is “Madison Finn” (#1) by Laura Dower.  This book is great.  I would recommend it to kids ages 10-14.  When I read this book I can relate to it.  I like it when I can relate to the book, because then I can imagine more of what it feels like.

My book was “Artemis Fowl – The Eternity Code.”  This book is a thrill from page one and is so descriptive.

I also thought “Artemis Fowl – The Opal Deception” was a very good book, and it was so good I read it non-stop for one day.  “Artemis Fowl – The Graphic Novel” is a book I would recommend because it’s a future war type book with fairies, magic dwarfs and goblins.

I would also recommend “The Lightning Thief” by Rick Riordan to kids my age because it’s a thrill to read with sad and action moments – this book is awesome!

lizzyLizzy – 5th Grade

My book was “11 Birthdays” by Wendy Moss.  This was a GREAT book!  It’s about a girl and her friend under a spell that if they’re not friends for a year they’ll spend awhile living their birthdays for awhile!  By the way, they have the same birthday!  If you want to fully understand what I mean, you should read the book!

The other book I Looooovvvvveeeeed was Twilight by Stephenie Meyer.  It’s full of everything you can imagine!  It’s so colorful, and you might even need a dictionary!  I would recommend it from 5th grade up to when you’re 90!

Another great book series I read was Shiloh by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor.  There were only three, and I was hoping for 1 million more   L

I would recommend it for kid’s 3rd or 4th grade and up.  It’s a very touching story with lots of action, sadness, happiness and even anger.  It is one of my favorite books in the whole world!

jacobJacob – 5th Grade

I Loved “Diary of a Wimpy Kid – Dog Days” This series is awesome!

This book was filed with laughter – it was a very novel book.

Another book I really enjoyed reading was “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” by J.K.Rowling.  It was very exciting.  It’s about a boy named Harry Potter whose parents were killed by an evil sorcerer named Lord Voldormort.  (Aka the one who should not be named)  He scarred Harry Potter on the forehead.

sarahSarah – 5th Grade

I read “Madison Finn – To have is to Hold” by Laura Dower.  I loved this book because it was funny and cool!  I would recommend this book to kids everywhere from 8-12 years old.  I would mostly recommend this book to girls.

Another good Madison Finn book is “Hit the Beach” also by Laura Dower.  I loved this book so much!  This book is funny and sometimes a little bit romantic.  I would recommend this book to kids from 7-12 years old, but more so girls than boys.  I think any girl that is in 3rd, 4th or 5th grade would love this book!

“Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing” by Judy Blume is a book I looovvvveeed!

It was about a boy named Peter and his brother, Fudge, and Peter’s friend (not) Sheila.  Peter is in fourth grade and cannot stand his two year old brother Fudge.

I also LOVED “Happy Birthday Mallory!” by Laurie B. Friedman and Tamara Schmitz.  It is about a girl who is turning nine years old and she should have a birthday month which is when you do something every day of the month like presents, cake, parties or something like that.  I would recommend this book to probably girl’s ages 8-10 years old.
